2. Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

4. No Guarantees

The Wyrd Priestess makes no guarantees regarding:

Healing or transformation
Physical changes
Mental health outcomes
Spiritual awakening
Manifestation results
Financial success
Relationship outcomes

All results are unique to the individual.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Everything under The Wyrd Priestess and Wyrdology is protected by UK and international copyright law, including but not limited to:

Books
PDFs and digital downloads
Rituals, spells, sigils & ceremonies
Course content
Membership portals
Audio/video recordings
Logos, art & brand imagery
Terminology including “Wyrdology”

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, or repurpose any content without explicit written permission.

Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use incurs a £6000 breach fee, plus legal costs if necessary.

6. Digital Products – Strict No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital offerings, all digital sales are final.
This includes:

eBooks
PDFs
Calendars & Almanacs
Courses & Immersions
Online memberships
Audio & video materials
Ceremonial or ritual content
Digital downloads of any kind

Once access is granted or a file is delivered, no refunds or cancellations are permitted, regardless of reason.

This protects your intellectual property and prevents digital piracy or sharing.

7. Physical Books & Products – Refunds Only if Damaged

Refunds or replacements are only offered when:

A physical book arrives damaged, misprinted or defective.

To qualify, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your name and order number.
Include clear photographic evidence of the damage.

Approved cases will be refunded or replaced.

You may not request a refund for:

Change of mind
Disliking the content or style
Ordering the wrong item
Shipping delays
Failure to read the product description

Only manufacturing or shipping damage is eligible.

8. Print-On-Demand Products

All books are printed through Amazon KDP or other print-on-demand providers, which means:

Books are printed specifically for your order.
Returns for preference or mistaken purchase are not accepted.
Only defective or damaged books qualify for replacement.

This is the industry standard for independent publishing.

9. Subscriptions & Memberships

For any recurring membership or subscription:

Billing renews automatically.
You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Cancelled access ends at the close of your current billing cycle.
Access may be paused or revoked if payment fails.

10. Courses, Events & Ceremonies

All ticket sales for:

Live classes
Zoom ceremonies
Trainings
Workshops
Ritual events

are non-refundable.

If The Wyrd Priestess reschedules or cancels an event, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Opening a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first constitutes a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

Revoke access to all portals immediately
Deny future purchases
Pursue recovery of funds and fees where appropriate

We respond to all support emails promptly, so please reach out before involving payment processors.

12. Behaviour & Conduct

In any community space (portal, Zoom, comments, messaging):

You agree to:

Act respectfully toward others
Avoid harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behaviour
Maintain confidentiality where applicable
Honour trauma-informed spaces

Access may be revoked without refund if these conditions are violated.

13. External Links

The Wyrd Priestess may link to external websites or platforms.
We are not responsible for their content, policies or safety.

14. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wyrd Priestess and Wyrdology are not liable for:

Emotional responses
Psychological or spiritual effects
Misinterpretations of content
Personal choices made based on teachings
Nervous system activation
Trauma material arising during practice
Financial loss
Physical injury related to embodiment work
