By accessing this site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully, as they outline expectations, boundaries, and the sacred agreements that keep this space safe, ethical and legally protected.

1. Nature of The Wyrd Priestess & Wyrdology

The Wyrd Priestess and Wyrdology provide spiritual, mythological, symbolic and educational content designed to support personal insight, creative exploration, ritual practice and embodiment work. Everything shared here is intended for reflection, inspiration and learning, not as prescriptive advice. Nothing on this website constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial or veterinary treatment. All teachings, rituals, embodiment practices and symbolic systems are offered as creative and spiritual tools, not as healthcare or guaranteed outcomes. Your engagement is voluntary, sovereign and self-directed.

Ritual work, breathwork, archetypal enquiry and nervous-system practices may surface emotional material. You remain responsible for your wellbeing and agree to ground yourself, regulate as needed, and seek support when appropriate. All content is for educational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Personal Responsibility

By using this website, accessing any content, or purchasing any product, you accept full responsibility for your choices, interpretations and actions. You understand that inner work, mythic exploration, embodiment and symbolic rituals are subjective and personal. Results vary for every individual. 4. No Guarantees

The Wyrd Priestess makes no guarantees about the results of any ritual, course, book, embodiment practice or spiritual work. There are no promises of healing, transformation, manifestation success, relationship changes, health outcomes or financial gain. Your journey is unique, and any shifts you experience arise from your inner world and personal path.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content produced by The Wyrd Priestess and Wyrdology is protected by UK and international copyright law. This includes books, PDFs, digital downloads, artwork, rituals, spells, sigils, writing, videos, audio recordings, illustrations, logos, course structures, membership materials and the term “Wyrdology.” You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, upload, teach, republish, adapt or use any of the materials for commercial or educational purposes without explicit written permission.
Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use incurs a £6000 breach fee, plus legal recovery costs if applicable. This protects both the brand and your ongoing work as a creator.

6. Digital Products – Strict No Refund Policy

All digital purchases are final. Due to the nature of downloadable and online content, no refunds, exchanges or cancellations are offered once a file or portal has been accessed. This includes:

• PDFs, eBooks and written materials

• Wyrdology courses, ceremonies and immersions

• The Wyrdology Library and membership portals

• Digital almanacs, rituals and spellbooks

• Audio and video content

• Any downloadable or viewable product

This policy prevents digital piracy and protects the integrity of your intellectual property.

7. Physical Books & Products – Refunds Only for Damage

Refunds or replacements are only issued if a physical item (such as a book) arrives damaged, defective or misprinted. To qualify, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with their name, order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. If the claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong item or format

• Not reading the description

• Disliking the content

• Shipping delays outside our control

This ensures fairness while honouring the realities of print-on-demand production.

8. Print-On-Demand Books

All books are produced via print-on-demand services such as Amazon KDP. Each book is printed uniquely for each order. For this reason, returns cannot be accepted unless the product is damaged or defective. Industry-standard limitations apply.

9. Memberships & Subscriptions

All memberships, portals and ongoing subscriptions renew automatically. Customers are responsible for managing their own billing and may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. No refunds are given for partial billing periods, unused access, or retrospective cancellations. If payment fails, access may be paused or removed until billing is updated.

10. Courses, Events & Ceremonies

All sales for rituals, workshops, Zoom ceremonies, trainings and in-person or online events are non-refundable. If The Wyrd Priestess must cancel or reschedule, participants will receive either a full refund or an alternative date. If a customer cannot attend, refunds will not be issued unless stated otherwise.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a PayPal or card chargeback without contacting us first breaches these Terms. This may result in revoked access to all current and future content. We always respond to customer emails, so communication is expected before escalating to banks or payment processors. Legal recovery may be pursued for fraudulent disputes.

12. Behaviour & Ethical Conduct

In all community spaces, including live sessions, courses, comments or portals, you agree to behave respectfully and uphold a supportive, trauma-aware environment. Harassment, hostility, hate speech or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund to protect the community.

13. External Links

This website may contain links to external sites. The Wyrd Priestess is not responsible for their content, safety, reliability or policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wyrd Priestess is not liable for emotional, psychological, physical or spiritual effects associated with using the content. This includes nervous-system responses, triggered emotional material, misinterpretation, personal choices, injuries from embodiment practices or any form of loss. You engage entirely at your own discretion and risk.

15. Changes to Offerings

We may modify, expand or adjust content, services or product availability at any time. This may include updates, restructuring or phasing out offerings. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.
